Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase as long as they are in the condition received. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right with a refund or replacement. Similarly, if breakage occurs while setting the stone please reach out. I make every effort to ensure that stones contain no cracks or weak spots but these are natural materials and sometimes invisible flaws may exist. In those case I will do my best to make it right and either offer repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund at my discretion. I cannot be responsible for scratches or other damage caused by setting or polishing tools, or excessively rough treatment. If you ever have a question about stone hardness or durability please ask before purchasing or working on the stone, I am always available to help you find the right stone for the job.
